The hospital will provide you with some maternity pads to wear after, but bringing your own will likely mean they are more absorbent and comfortable. Although you can put your flip flops with your clothing, consider putting them with your toiletries for an easy grab and go.
Electronics- You should always have a few things that can entertain you while you are waiting to deliver. Your phone, tablet or or even laptop can join the bag. Keeping communication with the intended parents as well as your agency will be incredibly helpful during this time.
